Solar Pile Driver (hydraulic/electric) is a pile foundation construction equipment specially used for photovoltaic power station construction. Main models
(1) Hydraulic Impact Pile Driver
Principle: Use hydraulic hammer or vibratory hammer to drive steel pipe pile vertically into the ground.
Features:
Applicable to hard soil or rocky geology.
Fast construction speed, but relatively noisy.
(2) Helical Pile Driver / Solar Pile Screw Driver
Principle: Screw the helical pile into the soil by rotation, without pre-drilling.
Features:
Applicable to soft soil, with little damage to the ground.
No vibration, low noise during construction, better environmental protection.
(3)Static Pile Press Machine
Principle: Use hydraulic static pressure to slowly press the pile into the ground.
Features:
Applicable to soft soil foundation, no noise, no vibration.
But the equipment is heavy and inconvenient to move.
(4) Self-Propelled Solar Pile Driver
Features:
Integrated crawler or tire chassis, can move on its own, suitable for large photovoltaic power stations.
Usually equipped with a GPS positioning system to improve pile driving accuracy.
